SSL Certificate Troubleshooting
We have resolutions for the most common SSL certificate installation issues
For all of our clients running Microsoft Internet Information Services 6 or higher, you may find that after installing your new certificate via the supplied .p7b file, some browsers report that the SSL Certificate was signed by an unknown / untrusted Certificate Authority. This is due to a Self-Signed Certificate present in the Windows 2003 Certificate Store, and should be removed.
